At Lattafa Pakistan, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is perfect, allowing returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products. To maintain hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept items in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a clear photo of the sealed product.

  Quality Evaluation

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the item meets our return eligibility criteria for fragrance products.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original box and shipping carton to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

  Processing & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a store credit or process a refund to your original payment method.
